A good way to fight the boredom of the current crisis
Getting outside is good. Observing nature gives getting outside a real purpose, and motivates you make it a habit. Since we began this journal, about 6 weeks ago, we have added about 360 new observations, and some 75 new species to The Landings/Skidaway Island Project. This is for us, and it’s a great way to learn about our home environment.
If you know of anyone who regularly adds their observations here, but is not part of our project, please invite them to add it to their iNaturalist account. The more eyes we have on our island, the better. We gain understanding and appreciation for the beauty that is our home.
