Today I decided to walk through the nature trail that's behind my high school. This trail is usually used for cross country practice but the trail is purely natural. Even as you're walking on the trail, you can see roots of trees poking about underneath you so you have to be careful to not to trip. This trail is also a very hilly type of trail, so you're constantly going up and down; great trail for some cardio. The weather was a bit chilly and the wind was blowing in my face. It felt like typical fall weather. When I would take a deep breath, I would get this wonderful smell of all the trees around me. I felt really calm. As I looked around, there is a lot of shrubbery around the trail, so it was kind of hard to find species of fungi but I did the best that I could. As I was trying to observe I heard some shuffling in the leaves and saw a small little frog staring at me. Sadly I couldn’t get a clear picture of it.

Nice pictures! You found lots of fungi! I also had animals I was trying to capture a picture of that we're too quick!
