"Split monotypic Olive-capped Coua Coua olivaceiceps from Red-capped Coua Coua ruficeps. They are well-separated by range and habitat, occurring on the drier western side, with Olive-capped occupying the southwestern quadrant and Red-capped isolated to a patch in the northwest. "
