Lepidoptera Species List Update

To date, survey work has led to the documentation of 24 families and 359 species in the ecological reserve, in fact approximately 15% of all species known in Alberta. Of these 22 are considered rare and are 22 uncommon, of these 2 species only known from this park. As for S-rankings there are 4 species that are considered S1 species, 1 are S1S2, and 7 are S2 species.
