I am a senior research scientist at the Arthur Rylah Institute for Environmental Research (DELWP) in Victoria, and a research associate in the Department of Ichthyology, Museum Victoria. My areas of research (and passions) are aquatic fauna taxonomy (fish - particularly the Galaxiidae, crayfish, freshwater mussels), species distributions and identifications, threatened species management, conservation and invasive species management. One of my specialties is to undertake identifications of fish, crayfish and mussels for government and non-government scientists and naturalists and the general public.
