Found few plants in recently disturbed ground in caravan park. Outer layer feels like bark but has the outer appearance of ground on bark.. One plant that was stepped on was broken and the look and feel is like bark that come from a tree that died.
The inside of the intact plant feels tough fleshy, is hairy and has a faint musty mushroom smell. Size 5-6cm high. The unopened one shows 3 lobes and has a “dinousourous skinlike” appearance. Size when photo was taken around 3cm high
