Terrible shot (was dark) - female in riparian rainforest
Multiple individuals on the edge of a swamp near the Thredbo River
Female seen over a couple of days flying around mistletoe in Red Ash tree.
Landed briefly and this was the only photograph taken - enough white on hindwings to confirm female Trident Pencil-blue
Terrible photo, but as close as I could get - so few records worth adding another location
As close as I could get.
Glad there is only one species this far south
Different individuals - first identified as a male, second as female
Different individuals - first 2 identified as females, last as male
Not great shot but enough to identify
Identified as male at the time
The only 1 I have seen in Albury in 5 years
ID shot only - in lawn verge in garden
A few males sunning on the edge of Dry Rainforest gully
Caterpillars and butterflies on Cycads
