Young pup, appears healthy. Moved a bit and opened its eyes when we walked nearby. Just logging so if it’s there for a number of days and condition worsens there’s a bit of a log. Behind NIWA, north end

Description

After spending a couple of hours behind the foredune, finding few katipo, in the first few minutes of walking back via the front of the foredune, lots of katipo were in evidence, eg. these two here under the same piece of wood.
