Found NJ via British birder, who found out from Indian family, who found out from friend. It takes a worldwide village to locate this resident NJ, inside torch ginger cluster, near JB Ch's Gdn facing Eco Lake. British birder was rather surprised to see NJ resting on pole, as he had seen NJs usually resting on dried leaves. I mentioned maybe this is habit of Sg NJs, as they are commonly seen perched on pole.
Had met this British couple earlier on at Eco Lake, we admiring bee-eaters, and I had mentioned not seeing NJs recently. Nice encounter with couple and NJ :)
