juditga's Identifications

I'm kind of puzzled by how it got here. It's located in a pretty hidden location, under some bushes and very close to the water. It's also the only plant in turtle peninsula that you'd think was cultivated if it were in a different setting. I guess it's possible that someone randomly decided to go plant it there, but my guess is that a seed got blown here from somewhere else.
