This is a very interesting Plegadis Ibis. It is "mostly" Glossy in that it has gray facial skin, a brown eye and a pale skin (not feathered) border to the facial skin. It is a fully mature bird by plumage. A Glossy should have a bluish pale border to the gray face, but this bird seems to have a white (or pale pink) skin border. Otherwise it looks like Glossy and that may be what it is. White-faced outnumber Glossies in this area 95% to 5% but Glossies are regular in small numbers. Not sure how many hybrids there might be or if this bird displays any hybrid characters but it is unlike mature Glossies I see in Texas or Louisiana or Florida in the skin color of the facial border being white or pinkish.
