Píleo de 4-5 cm de diámetro, cubierto de fibrilas color burdeo/púrpura. En el centro presentan una mancha de color más intenso. Borde blanco fibriloso a escamoso.
Estípite de 5,5-7 cm (alto) x 0,5-1,3 cm (ancho) de color amarillo con escamas blancas que se desprenden al tocarlas. Anillo poco persistente.
Toda la carne amarillea al corte.
Lamelas adnexas.
Presentan un bulbo con sustrato adherido.
