Testing a new night vision camera, I heard a familiar Barn Owl screech. I looked up and captured a series of photos. Although they were slightly out of focus since I was focusing on the stars, they turned out good enough. The bird was flying southbound at an elevation of approximately 100 feet.
Looks identical with example at MPG http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?phylo=930329&state=CA
Likely the same bird from June 24. Singing at the outdoor dining area of Sabertooth Grill.
Singing
June 24, 2024, 10:07 AM, I returned to my office to a loud vireo singing from a small oak tree. After a few minutes, I was able to photograph it and believe it is a Yellow-green Vireo. It's in a restricted area across the road from the Elephant Care Complex, but you might be able to see/hear it from across the road. Please do not cross the bus road to view the bird.

Setup a honeypot trap outside to capture a few to photograph.
