Large schools of around 10 - 15 individuals swimming upstream, they jump out of the water to climb through rocks, then take cover behind larger rocks to rest before continue climbing.

I put one in a jar to measure it, it spawn in the jar 18 little fishes (this observation), I promptly walked upstream and released them all, however on the walk upstream the female died.

It measured around 90 mm.
