Description

Saccate volva, nonstriate but cap margin decorated with very small bits of tissue, large felty partial veil, high up or superior on the stem (apical), gills white at first becoming pinkish on drying (last photo). Some of the partial veil of the mushroom on the right in photo #2 adhering to the cap of its partner which can also be seen in the last photo adhering to the taller mushroom.
