I saw several of these birds in trees along Waikerie's Murray River waterfront. Are they Little Corellas?
Most likely an escaped pet, showed up this morning in our tree and on the power line calling.

Field Notes - These bats are approx. 30cm long. They have a beautiful rusty orange 'fur' with a distinct grey head that is petite with a pointed nose. They were flapping their wings to in an attempt to cool themselves. They can be seen heading out at dusk to feed.
Well you only see a little bit of the wasp. But there is a wasps nest. The nest I small. It has many holes. It looks like there are black things in the hole.
