Gran población de esta especie presente a lo largo de esta pequeña cuenca
Missed this specimen on the way in. It's just after the gate for the first cattle feeding area, where the smaller, muddier trail splits off and continues along side the larger one above.
Thanks goes out to the Garzon Jaramillo family and care takers like Marlene for their efforts in preserving this land in the Mindo Valley. There are so many plants here, my camera wouldn't fit them all if I tried.
This one was just behind the bathroom near the cabin at the intersection of trails 2 and 3.

Beautiful place to hike and explore. Thanks goes out to the Lima family for their efforts in preserving this historical and biologically diverse location. Be sure and eat a meal in the restaurant, stay a night in the cabin, just take it all in.
Está planta parece ser un ají miniatura originario de nuestras montañas andinas encontrado en el bosque que cohabito y del cual he sembrado sus semillas.
