Tufted Vetch (Vicia cracca)

Description

This plant is a part of over 140 species of flowering plants. The name is actually Vicia Villosa with several others including Hairy vetch, and winter vetch. Its not native to North America, although can be found there. This one was found in north York, Ontario on one of the community's trails. This is a historic for its uses as a plant taxonomy.

Description

The black arches or nun moth is a small Palaearctic moth. It is considered a forest pest. These bugs can be found on most trails in the area.
