Appears to be post molting.
I've been photographing this minute (1/2") Hexatomini for almost 20 years at Cedar Bog. Previous discussions have led to a possible ID as Hexatoma Albitarsis. Several sightings today.

This is an old image from 2004 that I'm posting because of interest in my recent shots of this Hexatomini. I've photographed several over the last 20 years, always in the same area at Cedar Bog. Quite small, as you can see from the size perspective of the mites.

I submitted an observation of one of these last summer which attracted a good deal of attention. Today, I saw three of them...was able to get pics of this one. My earlier observation is here: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/51841205
Update:
I found several of these at Cedar Bog again this year. The last one might be Hexatoma brevicornis, so if you have expertise, please D.

Note: I have photographed this Hexatomini at Cedar Bog in Champaign County, Ohio for at least 17 years. Always in the same area.
I've added two other observations; one from back in 2004.
