Oecobius preying on a caught Myrmaplata plataleoides. The ant-mimic spider is dead here.
Found this on a wild plant.
I was going out to buy some idli today, I didn't expect to see this
This species is usually in white in colour, but there seems to be another species which is undescribed from this genus which is red and black, which is the one I saw today.
This species seems to be way more rare then the white variant that is usually found, i honestly didnt expect to see this, i only see observations of this species in campuses like GKVK or iisc, not my home.
they have developed warfare
It was predating on a Polypedates tree frog as seen in the photo. Infrequent movements of the chelicerae were observed. The spider couldn't take the prey back into its tree hole as it was too big.
I am really surprised at the degree to which these amazing spiders mimic its prey. Just look at those colors..!!!
A very delicate little Crab seen in fresh water streams
Abdomen of Chrysilla volupe collected by me from a Spider Web, im not sure how another spider managed to catch a jumping spider, especially Chrysilla volupe. I will preserve this.
Male specimen.

Nest with Youngs
Looked exactly like an ant, awesome mimicry, it was in retreat under beetel plant leaf, which was also used by Ulobridae (hacked orbweaver) and even had ulobridae's egg, sadly was lost near the stairs.
I think it is Nurse shark but not confirm about its species, this was first instance when i saw shark alive in a rock pool of about 2 feet of water.
Found this one up in the mountains. Immediately after, I ran into an ascetic Hindu and he invited me into his home which was a cave situated on top of the waterfall. We were about to roll one up but my family was worried and blowing my phone up because the thought I might’ve been eaten by a tiger or fallen off a cliff. This taught me that life is only as chaotic as you allow your mind to make it, because nigga, I was chilling😂😂😂I ended up rolling the paper backwards because they are flipped in India so I couldn’t spark and I just gave him the weed hopefully I can come back and have some hash for him. Dude had to be at least 100 and didn’t say a word. Respect.

Stenaelurillus judithbleisterae
This is the 3rd report of this species in the entire world. And 2nd observation on Inat. It is described this year. This was found in my relatives garden :)

genus needed.. seen on tree bark , exactly resembling mosses
huge amounts of change in the landscape - we never used to see them before. now they've taken to grazing in golf courses and as you can see football fields!
Observed 2 individuals on same tree during herping.
Once there stood a leaf. Now there is a smile. :))
Clutch of 8-10 eggs, it was buried, leathery eggs. Dug up during tree plantation drive for environment day. Probably snake?
In the quiet stillness of the forest, a meticulously camouflaged moth, blending seamlessly with the tree bark, falls victim to the stealth and power of a formidable jumping spider. Despite the desperate attempts to escape the moth succumbs to the spider's unyielding grasp and fast acting venom.
Moving a bit of Biryani
Initially unsure of the identification (but see below). The tunnel is about 3 cm across. Noticeably flat appendages. I thought it could be Thrigmopoeus psychedelicus, described in 2014 by Sanap & Mirza. "A new iridescent tarantula of the genus Thrigmopoeus Pocock, 1899 from Western Ghats, India" Comptes Rendus Biologies 337 (2014) 480–486.
This name, Thrigmopoeus psychedelicus, does not appear to be in the species list within iNat (for now), and that is because the species is not valid, but rather a junior synonym of Haploclastus devamatha.
Albino form of the Common Myna.
Cyrtarachne ixoides
Surprised to spot this Rarity at our indraprastha farm on Tree top at height of at least 50feet !
Never expected a snail mimic ( this has a man faced abdomen ! )at that height, spotted accidentally while cutting a dead tree.
