Field Notes - This is a wasp - not sure what species - with the larger male attached to the flightless female.

Field Notes - a strange something! Not really sure of the type of insect or nymph? it is. It seems to have 6 legs and antennae and eyes somewhat like a moth. but very hairy. like a transition stage between a caterpillar and the adult.
