From the folks at Virginia Tech Plover program:
HVY was banded on 6/1/2021 as a nesting adult female at Cape Lookout National Seashore in North Carolina. This is a long dispersal for a piping plover, but HVY has been observed each year in Rhode Island since she was first seen there in 2021.
