several plants in flower, on a dry slope along the road from Ksar-es-Seghir to Souk-Khemis-des-Anjra; on the 22nd October back to the same site and at least half of the plants were already over and in seed. Observation by me & Ian Green
An intriguing possible new variety of Spiranthes romanzoffiana found distanced from a far larger population of Spiranthes cernua and a fragmented population of typical Spiranthes romanzoffiana. Four of the same Plants were found, the variety of which is still yet to be named.
Very small grouping of robust flowers. This one had an Eastern Tailed Blue on it.
