KOH: orange/red (see second picture)
Spore color: white
I am not 100% sure. ID please.
Found these on a broken twig on the ground.

Looks like everything; internet and multiple apps are stumped. Leaves are fuzzy, somewhere between a Black Eyed Susan and a Canada Goldenrod. Leaves are not at all sturdy. A little bigger than it looks in the pictures. Soil was cleared of English Ivy last fall, so freshly disturbed. Gets partial sun, good moisture as I support nearby seedlings.
