"There's somebody sleeping in OUR bed...". Two ringtail possums - parent and offspring - sitting on the termitarium within which I suspect they were intending to hole up (in a former kookaburra nest hole); BUT the hole had been seized by a brushtail possum which was not about to shift. So the ringtails sat down on top and tried to figure out what to do next. (These photos are the final ones of a whole sequence; I posted the first part previously). Note - location pin might not be in quite the same place; difficult to relate aerial image to mental image of location, and my camera doesn't record GPS data.
