Pictured at night in 6-10m of water on/around an iron wreck and pole trails sitting on soft sediments in a estuary.
Found running along on the wet mud/sand. There were quite a lot of these around. I put it back after taking photos.

Five distinct notches on the shell indicate a green crab and coloring implies it’s in its juvenile stage
Observed in Dalhousie Lab, species guessed. 1 in sample, couple millimetres large
Eggs? Or anatomical structure of the hydroid? There are Dotos on the hydroid, but I don't think these are Doto eggs
