I worked for the Queensland government in far north Queensland for over 25 years on threatened species , everything from frogs through freshwater turtles to marine turtles and inshore dolphins. My particular interest is in the conservation of the marine and freshwater environments generally and specifically marine protected area management, fish , fisheries, turtles and marine mammals.

Having recently rediscovered the scuba diving bug after a 20 year absence I find myself enjoying being able to do something useful with my blurry fish and other marine creature photos.
