Gleneagle Secondary College was established in the 1980's as a small Year 7-10 Secondary Education Environment. It native grounds are an attractive surrounds for stundents to study.

In 2015 as small corner of the school grounds were resestablished as a water hole which was filled natural with rain water over the following two years.

Students have observed natural succession and have witnessed changes in the species diversity and numbers over the years that followed.

The aim is to identify and monitor the species in this area to see if by increasing the amount of water in this location has increased the speies diversity of the college less ↑
