Excellent article. I'm glad the newts are getting more attention. Now we need long term solutions to save them. It's great that the Chileno Valley Newts Brigade is able to save so many beers & other amphibians. At Lexington, volunteers are only able to save a few each season.

Save as many as one can. It seems we are fighting a down-spiraling game of extinction.
