Drought’s toll on oaks.

The report was released in December and contained some dire findings. Between 2013 and 2016, about 30 percent of the 110,000 acres of live woods in the local mountains have died.

My dad has been collecting and propagating acorns from around Butte County for the past decade and now has a miniature oak tree nursery, but no customers. Can you recommend a way to contact an oak repopulating project that may be able to take them off his hands? His water bill is through the roof and more importantly he wants his saplings to get into the ground somewhere beneficial.
