[ENG] Biodiversity ecologist (ESC volunteer) with A Rocha France, near Arles. I focus on butterflies and dragonflies. We also survey birds, amphibians, reptiles and spiders. We have specific projects about the southern festoon butterfly (Zerynthia polyxena), the european roller (Coracias garrulus) and the ocellated lizard (Timon lepidus).

If you know any interesting work or study opportunities in ecology and conservation – message me 😊

Observing nature has always been my passion. I studied medicine and genetics and I’ve worked as a doctor and an innovation consultant. However, I missed doing science and working outdoors. I want to use my versatile experience and apply it to the field that I’m passionate about - studying and protecting nature.

I identify my observations using identification guides and keys. I’m continuously learning new things, so feel free to correct me. Currently, my main interests and experience are identification of birds (in the UK and France) and butterflies and dragonflies in the south of France.
