I've been hyperfixating on learning plants for a few years, I like to stop and ID anything I don't recognize or that looks interesting when out in the woods. I have a particular interest in mulberries.

I also like to ID any interesting galls I see--I don't know much about bugs, but I find galls fascinating and try to keep track of all the different kinds I see.

I don't ID my observations as I go because inat is slow in the woods, so that is why I'll sometimes have like 15 observations of "unknown species" that pop up all at once
