Bachelor's in Biology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR.

My work in riparian systems across the Pacific Northwest and Great Basin drew me to backcountry surveying, the opportunity to key out sedges and willows every day never gets old! I have a particular interest in disjunct populations of flora, narrow-range endemics, and species of biodiversity conservation concern. You'll probably find me on here identifying conifers, willows, and sedges of the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West!
