Painted turtle
Not sure which species of painted turtle this is and only now do I realize how bad this picture is, I am going back to the area this week with a better camera, hopefully ill be able to find them again when I do!

Might actually be a northern painted turtle I couldn't get close enough without disturbing it/falling into the water.
