Street Tree Project

Out of the five trees that I have observed, I would pick the apricot trees leaves as toilet paper if I truly had to resort to that.

On the other hand I do think that street trees make a neighborhood more pleasant to look at because it adds a softness to the harsh texture of the homes in the neighborhood. They also add both some beauty and color to the neighborhood.

One pro to planting non-native plants in our cities is that it provides some diversity in the plant population in that area. One negative is that the non-native plant may not survive in the location that it is put in.

Description

This tree is beautiful and pink when it is in full bloom.

In front yard and is about 13-14 ft tall.

Has visible spiders at the base of the main branches.

Description

During the summer, this tree holds a lot of fruit due to the amount of branches that it has.

In Backyard and no visible insects at the moment.

About 7-8 ft Tall

Description

Its a small orange tree that has a wooden pole and ropes helping it stay standing when fruits on it.

In Backyard and only ants are visible.

About 6ft tall
