Description

Reported an invasive alien on iNat https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/66343379
Today that pine is felled, and the Erica physodes is flourishing!

Description

Trapped on sticky flower. Erica physodes is sticky to deter nectar thieves. But this fly couldn't bore into the flower tube?

Also a couple of tiny insects trapped here? (picture 3)
