Crabinar: Walking sideways through life

First of all thanks for joining the Marine Life of Victoria project.
The idea behind the project is to provide a place for people who enjoy the coast, above and below water to share images, knowledge and connect with other like minded folk.

This is just a quick note to inform you of an upcoming 'Crabinar' (Wednesday 9 September 6:00 - 7:30) I will be hosting focusing on spider crabs, crab identification and how iNaturalist can be used to help us earn more. You are already across the last part, but, will enjoy the other bits especially because it will be featuring Dr Gary Poore, Curator Emeritus at Museums Victoria guiding us through how to identify spider crabs and their relatives.

You will also find out about the campaign to protect spider crabs in Port Phillip.
