Pen in Hand: Rain and snow bode well for bobcats and other predators.

A light rain is falling as I write this on Thursday, Jan. 19, and we're predicted to have alternating rain and snow for the next four days. It feels more like the Tehachapi winters of my youth, when it seemed that puddles and pools and storms were more abundant.
