Hooded Plovers
16/1/17 - Hooded Plover Twitch
Saw 2 pairs and an extra individual:
- LM and LY, with 3 eggs within the fenced off nest area prior to the point.
- RP and BR nesting on the point.
One floating individual which was chased away by LM and LY, was tagged with silver and an ID tag but could not get letters. It was then hanging out with an unknown species, later identified at a Common Sandpiper.
