I am a post-doctoral researcher at the University of New England, in Armidale, NSW, Australia. My academic career has been a long, strange, twisting, wonderful trip so far. I've been in Biology, Zoology, Geography, Botany and Environmental science departments, so when asked I usually tell people that I'm a naturalist.
I have far too many photos of far too many unidentified critters and I'm hoping to put many of them onto iNaturalist - it feels like a great home for the results of my weekly adventures.
