Growing up by the Garry Oak meadows, woods and the seashore here on Vancouver Island, Canada made me realize that I like to get out and see stuff. Retired and now travelling and seeing more stuff. Sometimes I get to photograph it. Because travelling takes me "out of range", and knowing my eyes are not as fine tuned as an "endemic" observer, I greatly appreciate identification input even if that means correcting my suggested ID.
