Common Gilled Mushrooms and Allies (Order Agaricales)Observer

Single fungi body, growing out of the wood of this tree. Cap size was a few cms in diameter with very gelatinous layer on top. The gully was very damp after much rain.

Not the clearest photos, but there were lots of these tiny white fungi growing on this decaying fern. Stipes were a bit translucent and several of them had cute little water droplet hats. I know there are a couple of other little white Mycenas that are similar to M. albidocapillarus, so it could be one of those instead.
Also, exact location was not taken with GPS, but it was found a little way up moonlight creek track after the divide point.

At time of observation, only this one tree along the track had this fungi on it and several fruit bodies were growing on it's base.

Many of these little fungi growing all over the large decaying wood. Stipe with glutineous material and customary small insects attached. Very small size.

Xerula radicata after heavy rain, lots of fruiting bodies in damp gully, soil with moss and litter from pine and eucalypts.

Russulas with white flesh, gills and stipe. Pileus reddish, and sticky following heavy rain, with spots of damage showing white flesh underneath. Growing amongst pine litter with other European mushroom species (Amanita muscaria, Lactarius)
