Field Notes - Found this fish in the rocky areas on the beach at low tide.There was another fish the same type but it jumped away. These fishes can jump quite high into the rocks. They are great at camouflaging.

Field Notes - We found this in the beach. It was holding on to a pippi (shell with animal in it. the shell is smooth) The snail went in the shell when it got scared but came out in the saltwater. The were many snails but this was the biggest . It was about as big as a walnut
