Back to Hermitage Foreshore Walk

Last time I visited the Hermitage Foreshore Walk in Vaucluse, Sydney, I had the great fortune to get a photo (If only one of standard or low quality) of a Tawny Frogmouth mother and two chicks. On that visit, I was making do with a max 140mm lens, which really wasn't adequate for most of the images that I was trying to capture.

Having now invested in a 300mm telephoto lens I'm hopeful that this little Sunday walkabout will yield some much higher quality observations. I'm particularly looking forward to capturing a cormorant in flight, as it seems a great time of day (early afternoon) to get them.

Hopefully, I can get a couple of new species too! Really loving iNat so far.
