Field Notes - About 3cm long, found on shower curtain, released into backyard .
We saw the spider quickly retreat to its burrow and close the door but couldn’t get a picture of the spider itself

Field Notes - lives in untidy Web between rock and a border in my shadehouse . often only orange pedipalps visible in bottom of Web - which attracted my attention initially. on other side of rock lives a grey house spider. Sandy soil. regular watering via overhead sprinklers or hose. approx 2cm long. non aggressive.
Beautiful Wolf Spider, about 15mm long (body)
