Description

La Tétragone, Tetragonia tetragonioides, est une espèce de plante herbacée de la famille des Aizoaceae, présente sur les bords de mers de Nouvelle-Calédonie. Elle est parfois appelée épinard en raison de ses feuilles comestibles.

Elle est originaire de Nouvelle-Zélande, mais aussi du Japon et d'Australie. On la rencontre également en Argentine et au Chili.
